Quest acts as a consulting firm and may subcontract CPA’s, Engineers, Accounting Professions, and Tax Specialists to research, calculate, litigate and process tax incentive claims on behalf of clients.
Quest DOES NOT provide any legal, tax or related financial advice and users of this web site should consult with their own lawyer and CPA for legal, tax and financial advice.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Quest Products International, Inc., dba Quest Business Capital & Consulting are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Quest Products International, Inc., dba Quest Business Capital & Consulting agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Quest Products International, Inc., dba Quest Business Capital & Consulting. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party.
Indemnity and Limitations of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL QUEST OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR COSTS, OR ATTORNEY’S FEES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR THE OPERATION OF ANY SITE, ANY OF THE SITE CONTENT, OR USER CONTENT.
